• Area 1,65,000 sq.ft. total.

• Assessment done based on BNBC-2006

Outcomes of the DEA:

• All foundations are adequate for the bearing, punching and flexural capacity.

• All the RCC columns are adequate.

• All the grade beams are adequate.

• All the floor beams are adequate.

• All the floor slabs are adequate.

• All the existing steel members of canopies and stair top sheds are adequate.

• All steel connections are canopies and stair top sheds are adequate.

• The serviceability results of the structure satisfy the code specified limits

The building does not require any retrofitting and safe to continue its operation.
